Health information. Before some treatments we ask about allergies, medications, skin conditions and pregnancy. We only ask what we need to keep you safe.
Patch test and treatment records. What you had done, when, and anything relevant to your next visit.
Payment records. That you paid and how much. Your card details are handled by our payment provider, not by us.
Photographs. Only if you agree. You can say no, and it makes no difference to your treatment.
Website information. If you visit our website, cookies may record your device type and which pages you looked at.
Why We Need It
To book and manage your appointments.
To check if a treatment is safe for you before we carry it out.
To keep records our insurance requires us to keep.
To take payment and meet our tax obligations.
To send you marketing, but only if you have agreed to it.
How Long We Keep It?

Who Sees It

How We Keep It Safe
Paper forms are kept in a locked cabinet. Digital records are password protected. Nobody else has access.
Your Rights
You can ask us to:

Marketing
